The Preparation:
- Make the neighbors in the east side of his home to vacate and setup a church so that we can use it as part of noise campaign and also as a base camp to carry out the atrocities.(Neighbors will also be recruited into these harassment campaigns & one of their houses or apartments will be used as a base of operation -Terrorist Stalking in America, David Lawson).
- Make the neighbors in the south-west side of his home to vacate and setup a organization and use it for gang stalking and carry of the atrocities.
- Make the newly constructed function hall on the south-west side of his house for Street Theater and Staged Harassment.
- Give his sisters mother-in-law cancer so that we can use it in gang stalking tactics.(According to Navy studies they also cause fatigue states, depression, insomnia, aggressiveness, long and especially short term memory loss,short catatonic states, cataracts, leukemia, cancer, heart attacks, brain tumors and so forth. - Microwave mind control: Modern torture and control mechanisms eliminating human rights and privacy; Dr. Rauni Leena Kilde, Former Chief Medical Officer of Finland).
- Spread out lies using Smear Campaign (The bogus investigation may be used to launch a smear campaign. Lies & character assassination may be used.(Terrorist Stalking in America, David Lawson) These lies will be very strategically & deliberately spread into your personal & professional life. Informants may be used to help facilitate the insertion of these lies. The usual rumors spread about a target are that he is a pedophile, prostitute, terrorist, racist, anti-government, mentally ill, rapist, drug addict, or drug dealer. Rumors will be spread to neighbors, friends, family, employers, etc.)
If you are targeted, the people orchestrating this are trying to murder you. But they would be just as happy if you went postal. In the event they meet their objective & a murder/suicide occurs, when addressing family that has been brought into the investigation, hypothetically they can say something similar to the following:
We’re sorry sir, it looks like he was more unstable than we thought. Did he mention anything about suicide? We‘re so sorry. This never happens... Did you notice a change in his behavior? We wish we‘d have known. This is so tragic. Is there anything we can do for you?
- Once he is in Job environment in India use mobbing to make him quit the job all by him self.(Mobbing is done with the intention to represent the departure of a person from the workplace as their own choice)
- Use all the methods of gang stalking to bring him down physically, psychologically, emotionally, spiritually using psychological conditioning.
- Single him out so that he will stay isolated and we can "soften up" for eventual assault with DEW weapons.
- Jeopardize every effort of getting job by using gas-lighting and staged theater and make him confuse/doubt his self and make him believe that we are doing it only for his good.
- In the back ground use mind control we will disrupt memory, discredit him through aberrant behavior, to make him look insane or to make him commit suicide or murder.
- Make use of electroshock to make him lethargic and force him loose interest in his life.
- If he tries to do blogging we will make him feel apathy.
- Use friends, family, relatives and neighbors to single him out and destroy him.
- Induce Paranoia/Madness/Eccentricity/ Disorientation using Gas lighting, LSD, DEW weapons.
Symptomology - Common torture scripts, mind games, and computer/human mind virus attack programs
Sudden onset Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) – A ding like a tuning fork every so often usually in left ear. 3.3 hertz square wave pulsing. Melodic computer generated sounds like in the movie “close encounters of the third kind” repeatedly played for hours or days that is perceived around 90db of audio energy equivalent. Also a “brain fog” of neural noise occurs during perception of tinnitus.
Harassment from neighbors through walls or vents with projected voices.
Multiple personalities or talking to oneself.
Paranoia – stalking, following, watching, break-ins with nothing of value missing, commentary by strangers of personal events. Techniques are known as “gas lighting”.
Belief system hacking – delusions.
Also to unaffected public – larger the group that they do this to less believable the atrocities are.
Feeling of heart palpitations often not on left side of chest. Various muscle spasms and tweaks that occur at nearly exact periodic times. Pain and stimulation in groin. Beginning of rape bot sequence of mind virus.
Extraordinary dreams that aren’t your own. Dream programming experiments usually accompany all other experiments.
Electric vision – It looks like object edges are over amplified. This is part of the effect of neuroamplification using neurotransmitter releasing energy over the entire brain. Causes over excitement of the fontal lobes in addition to everything else.
Vivid mind’s eye visual projections – usually grotesque in nature as part of the CIA spooking scripts and breaking down of the human will.
Loss of sleep and then work. Sequence used by CIA to discredit human experiment as described in many documents released. REM sleep disruption signals, overexcitement of the brain using neurotransmitter dump signals. In this part of the neurological experiment sequence, no other drugs will have any effect on your mind including alcohol or potent sleeping medication.

It appears loaners are targeted due to their perceived vulnerability. These stalking groups will select a target of convenience just for practice, & no other reason (Terrorist Stalking in America, David Lawson). Many people don’t know why they’re targeted or exactly when it began. Just because someone doesn’t know why they’ve been targeted, that does not mean their claim should be any less credible than someone who does know. Some tests included the effects of stress on human beings, including duress, fatigue, torture, drugs, creation of mutations, & a variety of other tests.
But there are currently thousands of citizens being experimented on at this time. Labs are apparently no longer necessary as Directed Energy Weapons can be used at a distance. Targeted people are declined assistance by organizations that have been set up to help victims of torture & mind-control. They are routinely labeled mentally ill to discredit them.
Objectives of the group:
This is a very scary topic. But it is what it is. The goal of the campaign is to get you to kill yourself.
Many of the volunteers who participate in the harassment believe that the objective is to drive the bad guy/girl out of their community. And that is usually the last they will ever see of a person if they're harassed into leaving.

However, for the agency that launched the harassment campaign, the goal is to get the targeted person to commit an act of violence, whether suicide or murder, under circumstances which can be plausibly denied by the agency. Dr Leuren Moret, former City of Berkeley Environmental Commissioner, has spoken extensively on this type of state sponsored harassment. On August 8th, 2005 she appeared on 102.7 FM Vancouver radio. The subject of the interview was Electromagnetic Weapons: The Technology of Political Control. Below is a quote from that interview.
“What we’ve studied & reported & identified is that neighbors are contacted & co-opted. Members of the target s family are co-opted. The purpose is to completely isolate & remove all social support, economic support, & if possible to drive these targets to suicide.”
Just as Mobbing is done with the intention to represent the departure of a person from the workplace as their own choice, Organized Stalking is used to represent the departure, suicide or act of violence of a person under mind-control as their own choice. This is legal murder, orchestrated by the intelligence community, which uses civilians to carry out the crime.
